For kicks: Guess this 90s Telenovela

The year was 1998 and we, as a nation, have just recovered from the Thalia telenovela avalanche. We needed a change of pace so here’s a soap whose heroine is a child. Her height is as tiny as her voice! I love her show-gum smile and lengthy lashes. The story was interesting in the beginning: she lived in an orphanage and if I’m not mistaken, she’s looking for her parents. Like any ‘novela, the main story disappeared by the end: the kid was put aside as her parents’ love story took centerstage.

Yes, it’s Chabelita. My gosh it’s so cute. Weehee, which reminds me about that soap in channel 7, Agujetas de Color de Rosas. LAWLZ.
